People I work with often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or stuck in repeating patterns—unable to get to what they want in work or personal life. These experiences are painful but also a valuable place to begin: an opening to understanding how those patterns take shape.

By speaking freely and saying whatever comes to mind, without needing to organize everything in advance—even if it doesn’t immediately make sense—you begin to notice unexpected details, connections, and feelings that haven’t yet been fully thought or articulated. With someone listening closely and thinking alongside you, aspects of your thinking or feeling can be heard that were not available before—connections, meanings, and experiences that may have been outside awareness or difficult to put into words. What once felt obvious or stuck can begin to shift.
